All-Inclusive Childcare on the Sunshine Coast: What's Included at Evolution Early Learning?

When families compare childcare centres, the daily rate is usually the first thing they look at. It is rarely the whole picture.

Between nappies, wipes, sunscreen, hats, bedding, packed lunches and the incursion fee that appears halfway through term, the real weekly cost of care can land well above the advertised number. Families are often left guessing at what is covered and what is not.

At Evolution Early Learning, the answer is straightforward. One daily fee, set by age group, covers everything your child needs for the day.

What All-Inclusive Actually Means

Our Mooloolaba and Kuluin centres operate as a premium all-inclusive service for children from six weeks old through to Kindergarten, open Monday to Friday, 6am to 6pm.

That means there is no separate bill for meals, no list of items to pack each morning, and no additional charges for the programs running in the rooms. What is listed on our fees and subsidies page is what you pay.

Chef-Prepared Meals, Five Times a Day

Food is prepared fresh on site each day by our chefs, with input from consultant nutritionists.

Every child receives:

  • Breakfast
  • Morning tea
  • Lunch
  • Afternoon tea
  • Late snack
  • Milk and filtered water throughout the day
  • Fruit bowls available in the rooms

Our approach is garden to plate. Children help plant and harvest produce from the centre food gardens, then see it turn up on their plate, which does more for healthy eating habits than any lunchbox conversation at home.

Allergies and dietary requirements are managed individually in consultation with families.

The Essentials You Do Not Have to Pack

Nappy bags fill up fast. We supply the day-to-day items so you do not have to keep restocking them.

Included with every enrolment:

  • Eco-friendly disposable nappies and wipes
  • Nappy cream
  • Sunscreen and insect repellent as required
  • Hats
  • Bedding for rest time

Extra-Curricular Programs at No Additional Cost

Many centres offer enrichment programs as paid add-ons. Ours run as part of the daily program for every child, at no extra charge.

Our extra-curricular learning programs include:

  • Music, led by skilled teachers, supporting language, literacy and school readiness
  • Creative Arts, exploring a range of mediums and building confidence in self-expression
  • Yoga and Mindfulness, developing emotional regulation and focus
  • Health and Physical Exercise, covering fitness, teamwork and resilience
  • Little Zookeepers, guided by our on-site zookeepers, where children interact with and help care for animals
  • Eco Warriors, our sustainability program for Kindergarten children
  • Excursions and in-centre incursions

Learning Environments Built for the Job

The physical spaces are part of what you are paying for.

Both centres feature age-specific outdoor play environments and modern, well-equipped indoor learning spaces, designed in collaboration with early childhood experts, architects and designers.

Sustainability is woven through the grounds rather than treated as a topic. Children have access to worm farms, food gardens, chickens and a butterfly garden, which gives the Eco Warriors program something real to work with.

Fees, Subsidies and Kindergarten Funding

Daily fees are set by age group, so what you pay reflects your child's room rather than a list of optional extras.

Evolution Early Learning is Child Care Subsidy (CCS) approved. The subsidy is paid directly to the service and passed on to reduce your out-of-pocket fees, with the percentage you receive based on your family income and activity level. You can use the estimator on our fees page to get a rough figure before you enrol.

Our Kindergarten program for children aged 3.5 to 5 is approved by the Queensland Government and delivered by Bachelor-qualified early childhood teachers following the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline. Families with a child in the year before school may also be eligible for Queensland's Free Kindy funding, which covers 15 hours per week for up to 40 weeks. Our team can confirm what applies to your child.

One Fee, One Less Thing to Manage

All-inclusive care is not really about the individual items. It is about removing a set of small daily decisions from an already full morning.

No packing, no top-up invoices, no wondering whether this term's program costs extra. Your child arrives, and everything they need for the day is already there.
