Mooloolaba Senior Room Leaders, Early Childhood Educators and Kindergarten Teachers

Location:
Mooloolaba

We are looking for Diploma and CERT 3 qualified (or working towards) Early Childhood Educators to join the team in full time, permanent part-time and casual roles.

Our great working environment is founded on a strong team culture among caring and nurturing educators. You will be provided with ongoing training, support, professional development, team building events, delicious chef-cooked meals and more.

About the Roles

New graduates or those studying towards qualifications are more than welcome to apply.

We are looking for a candidate that thrives in a team environment and has the ability to develop warm and professional relationships with children and their families. Applicants must be able to collaborate with others and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Applicants must have passion and commitment to Early Childhood Education and have a sound understanding of the EYLF, NQS, Child Safe Standards and the Educational and Care National Regulations.

In this role you will:

●  Implement / support the delivery of the educational program that meets the EYLF and NQS standards

●  Develop warm and professional relationships with children and their families

●  Become a team player that is able to collaborate with others

●  Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

●  Work a weekly rotating roster which may include opening and closing of the service

 

We have educators from all walks of life, who can speak different languages and come from different vocational backgrounds, sharing their transferable skills.
